Born and raised in Minnesota....

Now, live on 4.5 acres on an undisclosed mountain in an undisclosed location in Central Colorado near Breckenridge.  Altitude:  10,000 ft above sea level.  Deep breaths. 

We live 25 miles from the nearest grocery store.  30 miles from my daughter's school.  17 miles from the nearest gas station. 

Own a horse stable, but own no horses, and have no interest in ever owning horses. 

Free time:  Gourmet cooking, Xbox 360, spending time with my family.  That last one is cliche, but seriously, we're always together.

Pets:  St Bernard named "Babe."  Shih-tzu named "Miley."

Babe thinks he's a Shih-tzu, Miley thinks she's a St Bernard.

Wife:  Jen.  She's a nurse, but stays home and helps with the business.

Kids:  Madeline age 9 and Jak age 4.  Yes, Jak without a "C" because unique is good.  His birthday is September 11th.  Poor little dude. 

Favorite TV shows:  Iron Chef, (Japan and America), anything with Gordon Ramsey, Diners Drive-ins and Dives with Guy Fieri, anything on the History, Discover, Science, Bio, and Food Channels.  I also LOVE Wife Swap and reruns of Unsolved Mysteries.
